Description:

Dry eyes are caused by decreased tear production/increased tear evaporation and an imbalance in the makeup of your tears.Common causes for dry eyes are wind, sun, heating/air conditioning, computer use/reading, and certain medication. These drops are generally prefered for the people having sensitive eyes.

Eye lubricants keep the eye moist, help to protect the eye from injury and infection, and decrease the symptoms of dry eyes such as burning, itching, and feeling of something in the eye.

Indications and Usage: This medication is used to relieve dry, irritated eyes. The dose depends upon the need for lubrication. Usually 1-2 drops should be administrated into each eye three times daily, or as directed by your doctor. People who wear soft contact lenses should remove their lenses before putting in the drops and wait at least 15 minutes before re-inserting their lenses.
